The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were helpful. The hotel was located near popular shopping areas and only a short walk from the beach. The rooftop pool was a nice touch.
The hotel lacked amenities such as a gym or spa. The breakfast provided was not very appealing and had limited options.

Spacious and clean room with comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Great central location, close to night markets, shopping malls, and restaurants. the breakfast was delicious and varied, with customizable options to suit every taste. the rooftop pool was perfect for a refreshing dip and offered a stunning view of the city skyline at night.
The noise level of the street-facing rooms could be bothersome for light sleepers. the front desk staff could have been more welcoming and attentive at times, but overall, it did not detract from the positive experience.

The location of this hotel is simply fantastic. It is nestled in a quiet street, yet still conveniently close to a vibrant night food market and the bustling Jungceylon Shopping Mall. You'll find an array of mouthwatering street food stalls and great restaurants nearby. Plus, it's just a short stroll to the famous Bangla Road and the pristine beach, making it the perfect central spot for exploring the area.
No complaints, everything was absolutely fine.

The hotel is located in a central area, just a short walk from the beach and popular entertainment spots like Bangla Road. The rooms are kept very clean and in good condition, offering good value for money. The staff provide excellent service, with attention to detail and a friendly attitude.

The hotel offers a convenient location close to the shopping mall and central area. Guests can easily walk to restaurants, stores and the beach. the staff is very accommodating, especially the friendly owner who goes out of his way to make guests feel comfortable.
The breakfast could be improved to offer more options.

I felt very safe during my stay at Alexander Hotel. The hotel's location was perfect, and the staff were friendly. The rooftop pool was a private oasis, and the breakfast served at the hotel was absolutely excellent. The room may have been basic, but it had a hot shower and clean towels. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was impeccable, and there was a lovely area downstairs to sit and relax. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
